Convenient Scheduling - Reasonable Fees
We have always tried to keep closing fees reasonably priced. We understand the importance of convenient closing hours. We can work around your schedule! We can offer you after-hour and Saturday closings for an additional fee of $100.00.

We also understand the importance of a convenient closing location. Buyers and sellers need to close near the property, usually at the realtor's office. A Buyer planning to build a new home is often most comfortable closing in the builder's office. Not surprisingly, many of our closings are held in offices other than our own. Travel to us is second nature!(Travel fees apply)

The following is a schedule of our fees for both buyer and seller:

Title Insurance:
Basic rate as per the Commission Rate Schedule, but buyer may be entitled to the lower reissue rate if seller is able to produce an existing title policy written within 10 years. (Basic rates charged for endorsements as required by lender or requested by owner.) ,
